Pictures Related to Aerodynamics~

Hello all yet again!

So we are back again but this time, on the contrary, we will be providing you with an array of pictures to widen your visual knowledge about the concepts behind the mystery of aeroplanes! So enjoy!

First up, this picture shows the 4 aerodynamic forces acting on the plane, helping us to get the clearer image of the names 4 different types of forces and the direction where the forces are acting towards. (referring to the below picture)

Secondly, this picture shows the aerodynamic forces acting on the right wing of the plane, which is balanced out by the forces acting on the left wing of the plane, aiding the plane to keep flight, helping us to better understand the forces acting on the plane.

Thereafter, this picture is related to our problem statement regarding the angle of attack of the plane with regards to how it can keep flight. Visually, we were able to gain a clearer understanding of what the angle of attack literally meant and thus were able to continue our research from there.

Next up, this picture depicts the different parts of the aeroplane. Through this were we able to research more in depth the different parts and where these parts were located as we had a rough idea that certain parts were vital in the flight of aircrafts.

Lastly, there are 2 pictures of aeroplanes. Notice how the ends of the wings of the aeroplanes curve upwards at an obtuse angle? This special shape precisely made for aeroplanes have a purpose so that there would be an opposing force against the speed of air while travelling through the air.

Therefore, this concludes our post and I hope you all have been enlightened through these appealing visual images! Stay tuned! :)
